Trong mแป™t vร i trฦฐแปng hแปฃp da quรก dแบงu vร  nhiแปu nhรขn mแปฅn, bแป‡nh nhรขn nรชn sแปญ dแปฅng cรกc chแบฅt cรณ khแบฃ nฤƒng tiรชu sแปซng nhแบน nhฦฐ gly- colic acid 10%, pyru- vic acid 8%, aze- laic acid 15%, hay adapalene 0.1% รญt nhแบฅt mแป™t thรกng trฦฐแป›c khi peel lแบงn thแปฉ nhแบฅt, sau ฤ‘รณ cรณ thแปƒ duy trรฌ sau cรกc lแบงn peel. Vรฌ nhแปฏng chแบฅt nร y thฦฐแปng gรขy kรญch แปฉng da trong tuแบงn ฤ‘แบงu sแปญ dแปฅng, do ฤ‘รณ bแป‡nh nhรขn nรชn sแปญ dแปฅng trฦฐแป›c mแป™t thรกng ฤ‘แปƒ da cรณ thแปi gian thรญch nghi vแป›i chรบng. 6. Phฦฐฦกng phรกp bรดi

Dรนng miแบฟng cotton mรชn bรดi sแบฝ tแบกo ra mแป™t lแป›p dung dแป‹ch mแปng vร  khรดng lร m tฤƒng sแปฑ xรขm nhแบญp cแปงa acid do khรดng chร  xรกt vร o da. Bร n chแบฃi mแปm nhฦฐ bร n chแบฃi lรดng chแป“n hoแบทc bร n chแบฃi lรดng cแปซu thรฌ rแบฅt mแปm mแบกi nhฦฐng khi bรดi lรชn da lแบกi tแบกo ra mแป™t lแป›p dung dแป‹ch dร y hฦกn. Cรณ sแปฑ khรกc nhau nร y vรฌ lรดng รญt thแบฅm dung dแป‹ch, trong khi miแบฟng cotton giแป‘ng nhฦฐ miแบฟng xแป‘p, nรณ thแบฅm tแป‘t hฦกn.

Khi dรนng miแบฟng gแบกc xแป‘p cรณ thแปƒ lร m tฤƒng ฤ‘แป™ xรขm nhแบญp bแบฑng cรกch chร  tแปซ nhแบน ฤ‘แบฟn mแบกnh vร o da. Thay vรฌ chร  mแบกnh ฤ‘แปƒ tแบกo peel sรขu thรฌ nรชn cรขn nhแบฏc chuyแปƒn qua dรนng mแป™t loแบกi chแบฅt peel sรขu khรกc nhฦฐ phenol 30-35% vแป›i dแบงu croton 0.4%, chแบฅt nร y sแบฝ xรขm nhแบญp tแป‘t hฦกn vร o lแป›p bรฌ.

Hรฌnh 2: Tiแบฟn hร nh peel vแป›i pyruvic acid 40% trong dung dแป‹ch cรขn bแบฑng nฦฐแป›c-eth- anol. Peel lแบงn ฤ‘แบงu vแป›i thแปi cotton ฤ‘แปƒ tแบกo mแป™t lแป›p mแปng trรชn da, khรดng chร  xรกt. ฤฤƒt quแบกt cแบกnh bแป‡nh nhรขn ฤ‘แปƒ trรกnh gรขy kรญch แปฉng ฤ‘ฦฐแปng thแปŸ do acid bay hฦกi. Mแบฏt bแป‡nh nhรขn nhแบฏm trong suแป‘t quรก trรฌnh lร m thแปง thuแบญt ฤ‘แปƒ hแบกn chแบฟ kรญch แปฉng vรนng mแบฏt do acid bay hฦกi.
Hรฌnh 2: Tiแบฟn hร nh peel vแป›i pyruvic acid 40% trong dung dแป‹ch cรขn bแบฑng nฦฐแป›c-eth- anol. Peel lแบงn ฤ‘แบงu vแป›i thแปi cotton ฤ‘แปƒ tแบกo mแป™t lแป›p mแปng trรชn da, khรดng chร  xรกt. ฤฤƒt quแบกt cแบกnh bแป‡nh nhรขn ฤ‘แปƒ trรกnh gรขy kรญch แปฉng ฤ‘ฦฐแปng thแปŸ do acid bay hฦกi. Mแบฏt bแป‡nh nhรขn nhแบฏm trong suแป‘t quรก trรฌnh lร m thแปง thuแบญt ฤ‘แปƒ hแบกn chแบฟ kรญch แปฉng vรนng mแบฏt do acid bay hฦกi.

Pyruvic acid cแบงn phแบฃi ฤ‘ฦฐแปฃc trung hรฒa hoแบทc rแปญa sแบกch khi da bแบฏt ฤ‘แบงu ฤ‘แป, thฦฐแปng da sแบฝ ฤ‘แป sau 3-5 phรบt. Do ฤ‘รณ, dung dแป‹ch cแบงn phแบฃi ฤ‘ฦฐแปฃc bรดi nhanh, toร n bแป™ mแบทt hoแบทc ฤ‘ฦฐแปฃc bรดi theo mแป—i ฤ‘ฦกn vแป‹ thแบฉm mแปน vร  trung hรฒa tแปซng ฤ‘ฦกn vแป‹ mแป™t, cรกch nร y cรณ thแปƒ giรบp kiแปƒm soรกt sแปฑ xรขm nhแบญp ฤ‘แป“ng nhแบฅt vรฌ แปŸ vรนng quanh miแป‡ng, quanh แป• mแบฏt, vร  vรนng cแบฑm acid xรขm nhแบญp nhanh hฦกn so vแป›i vรนng trรกn. Do ฤ‘รณ nแบฟu รกp dแปฅng kฤฉ thuแบญt bรดi toร n bแป™ mแบทt thรฌ tรดi thฦฐแปng bแบฏt ฤ‘แบงu bรดi vรนng trรกn vร  vรนng mลฉi trฦฐแป›c. Sau ฤ‘รณ, dung dแป‹ch peel sแบฝ ฤ‘ฦฐแปฃc bรดi tiแบฟp แปŸ vรนng mรก 2 bรชn, vรนng mรก giแปฏa, vรนng quanh mลฉi, vรนng quanh miแป‡ng, vร  sau ฤ‘รณ lร  vรนng quanh mแบฏt/cแป•.

ฤแปƒ ฤ‘แบฃm bแบฃo an toร n, peel nร y cแบงn phแบฃi ฤ‘ฦฐแปฃc trung hรฒa ฤ‘แบทc hiแป‡u bแบฑng dung dแป‹ch sodium bicarbonate 10% hoแบทc rแปญa mแบทt trong chแบญu ฤ‘แบงy nฦฐแป›c. Trung hรฒa acid sแบฝ giรบp hแบกn chแบฟ tแป•n thฦฐฦกng bแป mแบทt da. Bแบฏt ฤ‘แบงu trung hรฒa แปŸ vรนng da ฤ‘แป nhแบฅt, thฦฐแปng lร  vรนng quanh แป• mแบฏt vร  quanh miแป‡ng. Tuy nhiรชn ฤ‘แป‘i vแป›i nhแปฏng bแป‡nh nhรขn cรณ sแปฑ chuแบฉn bแป‹ trฦฐแป›c peel tแป‘t, vรนng trรกn cรณ thแปƒ ฤ‘แป khi vแปซa bรดi xong vร  phแบฃi tiแบฟn hร nh trung hรฒa ฤ‘แบงu tiรชn (do vรนng trรกn thฦฐแปng phแบฃi ฤ‘ฦฐแปฃc bรดi ฤ‘แบงu tiรชn). Trong mแป™t vร i trฦฐแปng hแปฃp, ฤ‘แปƒ cรณ hiแป‡u quแบฃ tแป‘t hฦกn cรณ thแปƒ khรดng cแบงn trung hรฒa.
